Kamasi Washington has broken all barriers to redefine the entire definition of jazz. He makes music that is progressive and improvisatory, vibrant and endlessly inventive; it is unlike anything you will have heard before. Drawing on influences from hip-hop, R&B and classical, he is a thrilling talent not to be missed. Washington has drawn huge and multi-ethnic, multi-generational crowds on tour dates with the world’s biggest festivals from Glastonbury and Coachella to Fuji Rock and Primavera.

Artist Update – April 20 Performance of KNUA We regret to inform our audience that Jessica Pratt is unfortunately unable to perform on April 20 due to illness. We wish her a swift and full recovery.

We are delighted to announce that Susanna Markova will be taking the stage. A rising star on the international opera scene, Markova has captivated audiences across Europe with her radiant voice, expressive artistry, and compelling stage presence.

Her recent performances in major opera houses have been met with critical acclaim, and we are honoured to welcome her to our stage. We thank Susanna for joining us on short notice and look forward to a beautiful evening of music.
